Purchases and refunds
Checkout runs on trusted third-party providers such as Whop and Square, so your receipt and payment management live with the provider you bought through. Refunds and billing disputes are handled there as described in the terms. If you are not sure where your purchase lives, email support and we will point you to it.
Booked a reading
Need to move your session? Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email, or go to gg33.info/reschedule. If the time window has passed, email support and we will sort it out.
Members portal
Locked out or missing access after a purchase? Sign in at gg33.info/portal first. If that fails, email support from the same email you used at checkout so we can verify you quickly.
